How we handle your information

This site collects as little as it can. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, and no cookie banner, because nothing here needs your consent to function.

The enquiry form

What you type into the enquiry form is delivered by email to the office's own inbox. It is not stored in a database, and it is not retained by any third-party form provider. We use it only to answer you.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It does not track you across websites.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to this site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, to see how many people use it, which pages they read and which countries they visit from. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites. We only ever see totals.

Videos

Some posts include a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play: the preview picture is served by this site. Once you press play, the video plays from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to it, which may include storing information on your device.

Documents

Please do not send passport pages, identity documents, or other people's personal details to the office unprompted. If a matter requires documents, contact the office first and we will tell you how to send them.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact the office using the details on the contact page.
